Mo' Money Taxes was a no show for a congressional hearing on Capital Hill Thursday.
The Memphis based tax preparation company was called before a House judiciary subcommittee.
The company is accused of ripping off people in Memphis, in Mississippi, and in Virginia.
Congressman Steve Cohen along with several Virginia Congressmen called the hearing. The subcommittee heard testimony from people who say they got scammed by 'Mo Money.
Mo' Money didn't have to show up to the hearing and no action was taken against the company.
