Prosecutors will seek the death penalty for the man accused in last week's triple homicide in South Memphis.
The alleged gunman, 28-year-old Sedrick Clayton, made his first court appearance Monday morning.
He's charged with murdering of his girlfriend and her parents.
Clayton is being held without bond tonight.
Prosecutors say they want the death penalty because of the number of victims involved.
