He's one of the FBI's Top Ten Most Wanted, and it was a horrific crime that longtime valley residents can't forget.
Robert Fisher is believed to have killed his wife, 12-year-old daughter and 10-year-old son, and then set his house on fire.
April 10, 2001 marked the 10th anniversary of that crime.
Police found the bodies of Fisher's wife and two kids inside their burning Scottsdale home, but police say they were killed before the fire. Their throats had been slashed.
He had a history of depression and police believe he was having an affair.
A week and a half after the crime Fisher's SUV was found outside a cave in the Tonto National Forest. His dog was also there, but there was no sign of Fisher.
Fisher is now 50 years old and may have grown out his hair or changed his appearance with surgery.
Investigators say they get calls of sightings all the time, but so far none have panned out. There is a $100,000 reward for his capture.
Fisher has been indicted on three counts of murder and one count of arson.
