(WJBK | myFOXDetroit.com) - Lindsay Blackwell is going after a job at the University of Michigan in a very creative way.

She created a web site with her resume and interactive cover letter directed towards those hiring for U-M's new Social Media Director position. Her work attracted U-M officials and she says she was granted an interview.

Blackwell says there are a few hundred candidates and the interview is just the first step in a long process.
