2. What is the process? (Do we go over existing walls and bathtub or do we have to tear out the existing walls or bathtub?)
a. We use a 3-step process:

• Step 1: Our estimator works with you to design your new bathroom and you place the order
• Step 2: Your new tub or shower is custom made at our factory in Springfield, TN
• Step 3: We call to set up a time for our installer to install your new bathroom.

3. How long does it take?
a. Normally 1-day and you will be using it the next day.
