City Caught Off Guard by Winter Weather

There were no salt trucks out last night before the heavy snowfall because emergency management officials say it caught them off guard. While they couldn't do much in the way of preparations, they were ready to react to the accumulation around the Mid-south.

Mid-South Winter Storm Warning Extended
