Delaware - The wrath of Tropical Storm Irene slammed into the east coast causing at least 35 deaths in ten states.
The storm caused historic flooding, washed away roads and knocked down power lines.
Over the weekend 7 million homes and businesses were left in the dark.
Power companies are scrambling to restore service, but say it could be days before folks see the lights back on.
