Memphis, Tn - Collierville Republican Representative Curry Todd has waived his preliminary hearing on DUI and weapons charges.
His case is now being sent to the Grand Jury. Todd was busted back in October, for drunken driving and having a loaded handgun in his car.
He's a registered hand gun carrier, but state law prohibits people from getting liquored up and packing heat.
In wake of the scandal, Todd resigned from a powerful committee chairmanship, but hasn't left office.
