Kennett, Mo - Jury selection began on Wednesday in Kennett, Mo. for the Heather Ellis case. The case revolves around a disturbance in a local Wal-Mart where Ms. Ellis was accused of cutting in line. The police were called and a scuffle ensued resulting in Felony Assault Charges.
More than one hundred potential jurors packed the Missouri courtroom. The judge was strictly business and had everyone eat lunch inside the courtroom.
