LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - A judge is still looking to seat 12 jurors and two alternates for the murder trial of Litte Rock anchorwoman Anne Pressly. The suspect told FOX13 he doesn't think he can get a fair trial, but one dismissed juror thinks otherwise.

When asked if the eight jurors picked Monday could be fair, 28 year old Curtis Vance said 'no.'

Three black women and five white men were seated but Felicia Epps, Assistant Dean of Bowen Law School, says don't judge a jury by it's cover.

Epps says, "They're searching for jurors who can be fair just because they fit a certain demographic doesn't mean they'll relate with the victim or defendant."

Dismissed juror, Bill Spradlin, "He's in Arkansas, Little Rock I would expect he'd get a fair trial."

After two days of waiting, the 91-year-old potential juror was dismissed without being asked any questions.

Spradlin says, "They just figured I'm 91 and that was enough I told them sometimes I feel older than 91."

Tuesday one potential juror was dismissed when he said he had a biased, another was let go because he said he felt Vance had to prove his innocence and another was dismissed when she said she was unable to impose the death penalty, something required for jurors sitting on this case.

Epps says, "I think as it goes and they think more and more about what their feelings are they'll come forward and say those things and I think it's a good thing, means they're taking judges instructions seriously."

Vance is on trial for the 2008 beating death of Little Rock anchorwoman Anne Pressly. He pleaded not guilty to capital murder, burglary and rape. The case was highly publicized and a record 100 jurors were summonsed, four were dismissed immediately after admitting they couldn't be fair. Some think it will be tough for Vance to get a fair trial in Little Rock.

Victor Wynn says, "Because of the publicity and attention given to Little Rock I don't think he can get a fair trial here."

Brandon Nelson says, "I just don't think anyone can get a fair trial in a murder case like this in their town I think it should go to another town."

A change of venue was discussed but the judge denied the request. Now attorneys are working methodically in questioning potential jurors on their knowledge of the case making sure they haven't made up their minds. Some believe there are still plenty of open minds in Little Rock.

Mamie Jones says, "He should get a fair trial here."

Tonia Alexander says, "If he know he did it, he's guilty if not he should have nothing to worry about."

The judge expects opening arguments to begin Wednesday. Tuesday night, as potential jurors are questioned about pre-trial publicity news crews come from near and far.

UPDATE:

11 jurors have been picked in the Pressly Trial...4 black women and 7 white men.
