"I'm shocked, I can't believe I'm actually getting suspended for 180 days," says student, Keshaun Harley.

Keshaun Harley is an honor student at Ridgeway High School and never been in trouble at school or at home, but Wednesday afternoon, the principal suspended him for cyber -bullying for the rest of the year because of something he wrote on Facebook from his home computer, not during school hours.

"I saw my friend she's talking about fighting some girl and I've known her since middle school so I was like you not going to do anything, you not going to bust a grape and that's what I commented, " says Keshaun.

Keshaun wrote the comment "no one gonna bust a grape" on his friends status where she and other girls talked about the possibility of getting into a fight at school. All the girls who commented were suspended also, but Keshaun says they all shouldn't be grouped together.

"Everyone else was talking bad talking bout jumping in and things but all I said was itwas basically a joke, no one was going to do anything," says Keshaun.

Keshaun's mother, Keisha Harley says she went to the school thinking there had to be more to the story, and is outraged her son is missing school for this.

"Do it by individual cases, what did he say, did he say anything bad, did he cuss, did he say any bad words at all, no he didn't ," says Harley.

Now Keshaun is worried about his college dreams. He attended a University of Southern California College of Accounting summer program over the summer in hopes to go there when he graduates, now, Keisha says she's going to fight for her son.

"If Keshaun did anything I'm 100% behind them, if he did anything wrong, but this time I have to protect my son because if I don't protect him than he's not going to know how to protect himself when its time too," says Harley.
