That's what aunt Marilyn Wilson had to say Monday afternoon as her great nephews were being transported to Le Bonheur after Wilson and the two boys' mother, 23 year -old Melanie Dunn, left the boys home alone, and it caught on fire.

"She's ridiculous, both them need to be locked up for a long time," says Jakarta Frye, who works in the area.

TK is the morning DJ on Hot 107.1, "What kind of ignorant mess is that, it's just very disturbing," and says outraged listeners called in all morning long.

"In front of the camera looking like she been drinkin' in that gin, talking about her damn EBT card, what about the lives of these two toddlers," says one listener.

"I can't even leave my 2 -year old in a room alone by himself," yells another listener.

Memphis police say they are investigating to see what if any charges will be filed. Three-year-old Ladareon Dunn died at Le Bonheur where officials say his two-year-old brother remains in extremely critical condition. Tennessee Department of Child Services says Dunn also had a five-year-old boy, but during the investigation Dunn won't have custody of either of her children.

"The older child who was in school at the time will be going to stay with relatives and the younger child who survived the fire, the plan is for that child to come into state custody," says DCS spokesman, Rob Johnson.

While investigators continue to try to unravel what happened at the home, TK says the bigger issue is, how a mother could be so irresponsible.

"It's really sad because I have a lot of single moms who listen to my show because I'm a single mom and it just really pulls at your heartstrings this morning to think those babies left alone," says TK.

UPDATE: As per an MPD release, the facts of the case were presented to the Shelby County District Attorney General's office and they have declined to file criminal charges at this time. The case will be completed and submitted to the District Attorney General's Grand Jury section for a final review.
