MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A former volunteer with the Shelby County Sheriff's emergency services bureau is behind bars tonight accused of raping several women in Cordova and Martin, Tennessee. FOX13's Lauren Lee was there when the alleged serial rapist was nabbed, and brings us the latest.
