Memphians are sitting down with the Mayor, in a "first of its kind" meeting for the AC Wharton administration. The Mayor is hosting his first "community congress" in the Raleigh-Frayser area. FOX13's Melissa Scheffler joins us from Breath of Life Christian Church with more.
