FOX13 Insiders: Mayor Delays Retirement

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Mayor Willie Herenton announced he's delaying his retirement. In a memo to city council chairman Myron Lowery, Herenton said his new retirement date will be July 30th. He says he has city business to finish. The FOX 13 Insiders are discussing why the mayor really changed his mind. They'll also discuss if this is just a way to get attention for his congressional race.
