Memphis, Tn - With a tattoo of her daughter's name on her right cheek, the mother of 16-year-old Derica Patterson spoke out about her murdered daughter's accused killers.

"I want all of them dead!"

Inside the Marshall County Justice Complex in Holly Springs, Corey Albright and Rico Fleming went before judge Earnest Cunningham on Friday.

They face murder charges in the shooting death of Patterson on Christmas day.

Patterson's older brother had a message for the accused, "Bro, you don't know what you took from us, that was our heart, our everything."

"When you take the life of my child, I isn't got no forgiveness," said her mother.

Missing Friday for the preliminary hearing was 16-year-old Christopher Collins, who's out on bond.

The teen's lawyer waived his preliminary hearing.

Albright's lawyer also waived his prelim. Albright and Collins will face a Grand Jury.

But, because of a previous circuit court judge ruling in January, Fleming's prelim Friday was superseded. He too now faces the Grand Jury.

Family members of the defendants were not willing to talk.

Patterson's mother also had a message, "If they want forgiveness they need to find a pastor cause I isn't got none."
