Memphis, Tn - Girl Scout organizations and Women's groups are responding around the country to a letter of accusations calling Girl Scouts a radical organization that promotes homosexual lifestyles.

The letter was written by Indiana state representative Bob Morris.

It says in part:
"Many parents are abandoning the Girl Scouts because they promote homosexual lifestyles...of the fifty role models listed, only three mention religious background - all the rest are feminists, lesbians, or Communists."

Morris said he therefore would not sign the Indiana House resolution recognizing the 100th Anniversary of Girl Scouts of America.

Fox 13's Mearl Purvis was joined by Angela Woods, Girl Scouts Heart of the South CEO.
