Shelby County Residents Talk Merger

Memphis, Tn - You've heard the politicians and school board types talk at length about the new Unified School System.

Both for and against have made their cases, as have the leaders of the suburban communities, who are thinking of forming their own school systems.

But, what about the children affected by whatever may come of this?

We spoke to people in both Hickory Hill and Germantown to get a feel for what the average Shelby County resident thinks about the upcoming school merger.
