Body Found in Trash Can Downtown

Memphis, Tn - Memphis Police found the badly decomposed body on Friday in a trash can near the corner of Crump and Mississippi.

Crime scene technicians and investigators combed the area behind a vacant parking lot where police apparently discovered the body.

At this point, little is known about the body. Age, gender, and race of the victim are unknown. The cause of death is also under investigation.
