Man Accused of Repeatedly Raping Teen

Memphis police charged a Hickory Hill resident Saturday with the rape of a 16-year-old girl, who said she was attacked several times during the past three years.

The victim alleges that 32-year old Henry Lee Jones first forced her to have sex with him when she was 13, according to the police affidavit.

The report stated that since then, Jones - the boyfriend of a relative of the victim - had forced her to have sex with him at least two times and oral sex at least once.

The victim said the last time she was sexually assaulted was on Oct. 6 in Jones' residence, where she was helping take care of her infant cousin, according to the report.

Before that, she was raped in her own house in June, and forced to give Jones oral sex while he drove down East Shelby Drive in August, the affidavit stated.

Jones, who was charged in 1998 for enticing a minor to buy alcohol, is charged with rape and sexual battery.
