Damien Echols’s Attorney on New DNA Evidence

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Three Arkansas men convicted of murder could be going back to trial. The Arkansas Supreme Court ordered new hearings for Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin and Jessie Misskelley. Damien Echols lead attorney Donald Horgan joined FOX13 to explain the new evidence he says proves his client’s innocence.

The men are known as the West Memphis Three. They were convicted in the 1993 deaths of three cub scouts when they were just teens. The Supreme Court has now ruled newly analyzed DNA evidence should have been considered before rejecting Echols' request for a new trial.
