Debate Over Special School District Bill

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - For a special school district to even be possible it will take cooperation between the Memphis and Shelby County School districts but so far, the idea has been divisive. Memphis City School Board Member, Martavius Jones, and Shelby County School Board President Davis Pickler joined FOX13 to talk about the divisive bill.
