65-Year Old Woman Raped in Midtown

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A 65-year old woman is recovering at The Med after she was raped in the Midtown area late Tuesday night.

Memphis Police were called to the scene near the EJ Market at Cleveland and Jefferson just before 11:00pm.

There is no suspect in custody, and investigators have not released a suspect description or the circumstances surrounding the sexual assault.
