MEMPHIS, Tenn. - There's new hope and new development for Hickory Hill Tuesday night. After nearly a decade of sitting abandoned, a community development corporation has stepped in to makeover the once crime-ridden marina cove apartments. FOX13's Tealy Devereaux was live with more on a town hall meeting giving residents a first look at future plans.
