MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The month of July annually ranks as one of the most violence prone times of the year in Memphis African American communities.
Too often it's black on black crime. Too often involving young black teens as perpetrators and victims.
Fox 13's Les Smith took to the streets in search of understanding the tensions that too often explode into the killing season.
