MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Imagine knowing the answers to questions you could answer but being told you can't. Then you would know the frustrating predicament City Public Services Director Kenneth Moody says he experienced before retiring.
Moody ran the Memphis Sexual Assault Resource Center and he says the silence imposed on him by the Mayor has made him a target for ridicule.
FOX13's Les Smith sat down in an exclusive interview with moody to clear the air about what happened inside the walls of a facility that, at one time, had been described as a model for the nation.
