Flower Peddler Gets Too Aggressive

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A man is accused of aggressively peddling flowers in downtown Memphis. 51-year-old Derrick Linwood was arrested Monday near Beale and Second Street.

Police said he was "forcing drivers to take his flowers and holding up traffic in the process."

Linwood is charged with Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication.

Police say this isn't his first run in with the law. Linwood has been arrested 88 times since 1982.
