MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The family of a missing man since mid-June is asking for help in finding 22-year-old Marlon Thomas.

Thomas was last seen June 16th. Crystal Thomas, his sister, is asking anyone with information to come forward.

"It just hurts so bad it's just a hurt feeling in my heart," said Thomas. "I look for him everyday and I always tell him when I look up in the sky I pray and say I'm looking for you everyday I'm not going to stop till I find you."

Memphis Police issued a city watch for Thomas who was last seen June 16th. He is about 6 feet tall and weighs around 220 pounds.

"It was unusual that he did not show up to come home, and he also did not show up to his place of employment," said Karen Rudolph with Memphis Police.

According to police Thomas was last seen leaving the home he shares with his sister that Wednesday, two and a half weeks ago. His car was found at the Raleigh Village Apartments Sunday. Thomas wasn't inside and his belongings were not disturbed inside the car.

"Nothing was tampered with and everything was still in his vehicle," said Rudolph.

"The last time I talked to him is about 7 or 8 on June 16th and he told me he was going to go to the grocery store and he asked me what I wanted from the store and that was our last conversation," said his sister.

Crystal Thomas like Memphis Police are searching for clues and answers.

"I don't know if he's hurt laying somewhere helpless. It's a lot of things going through my mind but I've been preparing myself for the worst case scenario," said Thomas. "It's just a hurt feeling in my heart to go to bed and not know where he is. It just hurts so bad. It hurts."
