Palin Hacker Claims No Wrongdoing

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A surprise legal maneuver in the Sarah Palin Hacking Case…an attorney for David Kernell says his client did not violate Sarah Palin's privacy by hacking into her Yahoo email account because a judge had already declared her e-mails public record.

Prosecutors say Kernell hacked into Palin's email in September by answering a series of security questions correctly.

He is scheduled to go to trial in October.
