Doctor Solicits Sex Across State Lines

Clarksdale, MS - The details inside this affidavit don't describe the man Tanya Keen knows as Dr. Roger Weiner. Keen has known him for 8 years and at one time was his fiancé, "He almost became sort of a mentor to me."

But on these pages Federal Investigators describe him as a criminal. They say Weiner used the website "sugardaddyforme.com" to find women he paid for sex.

On several occasions Investigators say Dr. Weiner asked the women to travel across state lines violating the Mann act.

"This is not the man I know, this is just completely against all of his standards, against everything he is about." says Keen.

Keen says she met Dr. Weiner at Northwest Regional Medical Center when she was a nurse. She admits the relationship had its rough spots.

"I'm not going to lie there was some infidelity, there was some cheating going on," says Keen.

So she ended their romantic relationship moving on with her 2 children from a previous marriage. Keen can't help but feel sorry about these charges.

"He had what he called at one time a rich man's family because he wasn't able to have his own, and when that was absent, I think it really through him for a loop," says Keen.

Alicia Clements worked for the doctor and she can't believe the charges either. Clements says, "He would help you if you were in to any financial problems."

Dr. Weiner was just elected to the Cohoma County Supervisors.

Keen says "He is donating his salary to a nurse's scholarship fund. He came up the hard way, earned every bit of it. And I think that's what's breaking my heart about the whole situation."
