MEMPHIS, Tenn. - While attending the dedication of a new "Missisippi to Memphis" Blues Marker in downtown Memphis Friday, Memphis Mayor Herenton spoke about his continued aspirations for a possible U.S. Congressional run. Pending his final decision, Herenton would run against incumbent Steve Cohen (D-TN) for the 9th District Congressional Seat in 2010.
