MPD Investigating Alleged School Rape

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Memphis Police Department is investigating an alleged rape at Mitchell High School.

The rape was reported Monday at approximately 4:30pm.

There are allegations that a Memphis City Schools security officer is involved.

No charges have been filed in the case, however the suspect is currently on a 48hr hold.
