3 Teens Charged in Rape of Student

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Three teens have been charged in the rape of a student at East High School.

18-year old Brian Bland, 18-year old Demarious Moore and 16-year old Martavious Humphreys are charged with Aggravated Rape of a 17-year old female student.

The incident occurred Tuesday around 11:00am at a vacant home on the 200-block of Red Oak.

In a statement to Memphis Police, the victim alleges that she went willingly with five teens off school property to the house, where she consented to sex with one of the charged suspects. The victim stated that the suspect then slapped her and refused to stop, and that two other suspects forced her to perform sex acts on them as well.

The victim stated that she knew 4 of the 5 suspects as fellow classmates. So far, there are no charges pending against the other two teens.
