Two Beers on an Empty Stomach: FOX13’s DUI Test

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - It's a question many, if not most of us have asked ourselves before: how much is too much? The state of Tennessee can't tell you how much alcohol you can drink before you are considered "legally impaired". There are too many factors involved like your age, your weight, what you have had to eat. But if you're blood alcohol is .08 or greater, you are headed to jail. So we decided to try and put a typical guy to the test, just to see in his case-how much is too much.

FOX13 followed our 'regular guy' home after work to watch him watch TV and drink a few cold ones.
