Drunk Santa, Friend Caught on Video

(MYFOX NATIONAL) - Santa and Santa's helper were more naughty than nice over the weekend.

On Sunday police in Sparta, Wis., pulled over a man who had a passenger dressed in a Santa suit after a witness called 9-1-1 saying that they saw a man in a Santa suit approach and hug some children playing in a yard. The Santa also reportedly demanded to know where his reindeer were.

Police eventually pulled over the car and arrested the driver for drunk driving. The traffic stop was caught on the police dash cam. Police said Kevin Arnold, 47, had an open can of beer in the car and was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated.

Santa Claus, who was identified as 55-year-old Thomas Arnold, was cited for open intoxicants.
