MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A Shelby County man who just had his car fixed, thought it would be fun to celebrate by getting liquored up - and then getting back behind the wheel.
22-year old Sherrod Gunn was arrested Thursday.
Deputies say witnesses saw him in his Chevy Camaro burning donuts in a neighborhood cove, hit a curb, and blow a tire.
Deputies say they also found two yards torn up with tire tracks, and evidence that the car hit a house.
Gunn faces several charges, including DUI, Reckless Driving, and Vandalism.
Deputies say Gunn had an alcohol level two and a half times the legal limit.
