ATLANTA - Megabus, a bus service operating in the U.S. and Canada, has announced that it is adding an Atlanta hub and will run buses from there to 11 cities.
Megabus said it will offer daily departures from the MARTA Civic Center station in downtown Atlanta.
Company officials say the Atlanta hub will connect travelers to Birmingham, Ala.; Charlotte, N.C.; Chattanooga, Tenn.; Gainesville, Fla.; Jacksonville, Fla.; Knoxville, Tenn.; Memphis, Tenn.; Mobile, Ala.; Montgomery, Ala.; Nashville, Tenn.; and Orlando, Fla.
The company said the service will begin Nov. 16.
