Memphis, Tn - There is a major new development in the West Memphis 3 murder case.
The DNA found at the murder scene does not match Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin or Jessie Misskelley Jr.
A human hair that was discovered with one of the victim’s blue jeans and wallet has not yet been linked to anyone, according to a new test.
In addition, a small amount of human DNA found on one of the victim's shoes does not match that of any of the three men.
Instead, it belongs to two unidentified male individuals. A judge will decide in December whether the new DNA evidence is strong enough to call for a new trial before a jury.
