MEMPHIS, Tenn. - If RESCANNING DIDN’T WORK:

Some converter boxes or tuners may have problems clearing the memory of old digital channels.  This could be why some are not seeing certain stations now.

Here are some options:

1. Disconnect the antenna from your converter box.
2. Then, take the remote and select menu.
3. Then, select auto-scan.
4. Then, select Re-scan.
5. The box will go through the channels (takes about 15 minutes) and will clear the memory.
6. When the screen says: “READY”, reconnect the antenna and rescan again. This time, the rescan should correctly find us.  Placement of your antenna is also important.

Or you can try this:

Unplug the power cord to your converter box and let it sit without being plugged in for 15 minutes.  Then, reconnect it and rescan.
