MEMPHIS, Tenn. - In this Money Problem Solvers, a Memphis woman says she can save you 50 - 60% on your next grocery bill and even get you free products.

Amy Harvey has it down to a science. On a shopping trip we took her on she never paid full price and left with big savings.

She says, "When you have 1 income in family and stay at home mom every little bit counts." Her strategy involves using coupons but not the traditional way of clipping and shopping.

Instead, it's about combining a manufacture's coupon with a store's coupon, plus using the coupon only when items are on sale.

On our shopping trip, Amy got a bottle of hand soap and a can of Pedigree dog food for free, ice cream for 25cents, toothpaste and bologna for 50cents, and a box of Kellogg's cereal for $1.25.

But did she really save a 50-60% on her total grocery bill? We put her to the test to see if can live up to her promise.

Her total bill at the Schnuck's grocery store in East Memphis was about $36.00. Her coupons lowered the price to about $18.00. That's a 51% savings, and her promise was fulfilled.

To share her success, Amy started a website called mymemphismommy.com . It shows off dollar deals, has links to manufacturer's coupons and shows which coupons to use on already advertised sales and she does all the homework for you.

"I write out the exact ads for the week for our Memphis locations and national stores like Wal-Mart, Target and Walgreens and I'll write what coupons correspond with the sales that week and you don't have do a thing."

The website is free but Amy is asking everyone who uses her website to donate a free item or cheap item to a local charity.

Amy is inviting FOX13 viewers to an online chat Friday morning between 6:00am-8:00am. She'll answer any question about getting the best deals at your grocery store. Here's the link: http://www.mymemphismommy.com/
