Enjoy National Seafood Month with Bonefish Grill

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - October is national seafood month. Celebrate the month with a recipe fit for a fresh catch. Chef Blu Cooper from Bonefish Grill is in the Fox 13 kitchen with an easy fish recipe. He is making Bonefish Grill's Pan Asian Signature Sauce and Grilled Salmon.

The Bonefish Grill in Memphis is on Germantown Parkway and the Avenue Carriage Crossing in Collierville.

Pan Asian Sauce

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup minced ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup ketchup
1 cup oyster sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp. coarsely chopped cilantro
